Sheath fluid

Ready-to-use sheath fluids are available for purchase. These contain the anti-cell adhesion reagent, Through Path Plus. Sheath fluids are used to run the cell sorter.

  Usage	Use as is ※Please open on a clean bench since the composition is similar to culture medium

Sample buffer

We supply buffers used to suspend cells. Those buffers contain additives to reduce the rate of cell sedimentation. They are ready-to-use, and they come in 2x solution and powder form.

  Usage	Dilute 1:1 with sample
  Storage condition	4℃ (use within 1 month after opening)

  Remarks	Dilute 1:1 with sample as the viscosity adjuster is included in the 2x concentration. Changes in viscosity will reduce sorting efficiency

FluoroSurfactant

Used for droplet production and analysis
